Breaking News...........

 

D2 have been commissioned for a second Education project within the Cardiff area. A one and a half million pound scheme for amalgamation works to Glyn Coed Primary School. The works include multiple extensions together with extensive internal alterations. Works are due to start on site early in the Spring.

New Apartments in Pencoed

Following detailed discussions with the Planning Department, a re-submission of a previous application for four self contained apartments in Pencoed, Bridgend has been made.

 

 

A decision is due to be made early in March with construction sheduled to commence shortly after.

Private Dwelling Extension & Refurbishment

D2 have completed initial sketch proposals for a small project in Rhyd Y Fro, Pontardawe.

 

It is intended that a Detailed Planning Application is submitted within the next month with the intention of starting work on site in the Spring (2011)

 

 

New Education Commission

D2 are extremely pleased to announce that they have secured a new commission for an extension and remodel of a Primary School in Cardiff. Work is due to start on site on the £800k scheme just before Christmas (2010). We have been commissioned by Bridgend based contractors, Jehu Project Services and look forward to hopefully furthering our working relationship with them.
